According to Everyday Health (2017), there are some time point in a day your body needs drinking water most.
1. When you first get up
Without water to wake up and turn on the body in the morning, you may be running on empty, especially if you skip breakfast.
2. Before a meal
Drinking water before eating helps you feel fuller, thus helps you to better control your weight. Also, having a glass of water helps to moisten your mouth and clear out leftover tastes from earlier food.
3. When you are hungry
Sometimes people think they’re hungry when they’re really just thirsty, at this time you need to drink a cup of wtaer to see if you are actually dehydrated.
4. Before a workout
You may need one or more 8-ounce glasses of water to protect against dehydration during and after your workouts.
5. After a workout
After workout, you may need to drink a lot of water to replace fluids lost through perspiration and urination. Please kindly note that do not drinking too quickly.
6. When you are exposed to germ
If you are sick or people around you are sick, you should drinking more water than usual. Because a well-hydrated body will encourage bacterial and viral invaders to move along.
7. When you are tired
Fatigue is one of the signs of dehydration. If you’re feeling you need for a nap but can’t take one, have a glass or two of water instead, it can help a lot.
